Audience Detection and Analytics can work together with Digital Signage. It counts visitors, detects people who actually look at the content, whether they come close to the screen, their age group, gender, emotions (smiling, angry, surprised or sad), the cloths colours and how long they follow the content. The Content can dynamically change based on current viewers’ profiles.
Audience Detection and Analytics provides statistics such as the number of attentive visitors and in which periods, how long they followed the contents, the distance between de customer and the screen, whether they come close to the screen, age group, emotions and gender. Since the system makes available data versus time, it is possible to adjust the ads accordingly to the period of the day and depending on the day. Facial images or any other data that can identify people are not kept. This ensures the anonymous character of readings and statistics.
The Retail Chain/ Branch Network data is consolidated centrally and analytical tools are made available. This data can be consolidated with Queue Management and People Counting (outdoor) data to obtain a set of important indicators such as how many people pass by the Shop, how many people come close, how many come in, how long they stay in the Shop, how many take a turn ticket to be served how long they wait and how many people actually buy something.
