System can identify Customers’ profiles from their loyalty cards or their mobile phone numbers or even through an Audience Detection and Analytics Solution or through the category of service selected in a Queue Management solution.

Based on customer profiles, content changes in order to follow up the campaign for that Customer segment (more). This avoids a common situation where Customers get lost in Kiosks menus.

In this framework, kiosks become an active part of the sales force.
