Call Software


Call Software -The following versions are available: executable (.exe), web and web services set. The following features are available: login (username and password); logout; ticket call (FIFO); category of service selection and call (FIFO); call back last ticket; reactivate ticket already called; Forward ticket to another category of service; record an abandon; end service; check number of tickets waiting for each service; check number of tickets seen and served for each service; send messages to other staff  and to managers.

In the Call Software is possible to parameterise super users who, additionally, have access to the following features: reports and statistics; first level staff management; ticket configuration.
